At RenewaMax, your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer refunds and replacements in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and the terms outlined in this policy.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind about your purchase, we may offer a refund or exchange at our discretion, provided that:

  • You notify us within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • The product is returned in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and undamaged.

Damaged Product

If your product is damaged during delivery:

  • Contact us as soon as possible.

  • Return the damaged product in its original condition and packaging.

  • We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund if you contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.

6. Exceptions

We may refuse to replace or refund a product if:

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the product can be easily posted or returned, you are responsible for arranging its return.

  • If we organise and pay for the return shipping and the product is ineligible for replacement or refund, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
